Thought I’d kick this blog off by posting some photos from my advanced pinstriping course with Herb Martinez in Berlin 2008.
Herb is one of the greatest pinstriping legends. He’s been pinstriping professionally for more than 30 years. Besides being a great teacher, he is also never shy of telling stories about the boys back in the golden ages. Sometimes I wish I could do nothing but follow that guy around and just learn learn learn. But so far I’m just attending his pinstriping workshops minimum once a year.
The photo above shows Herb and me after we fought out a pinstripers dual on that clipboard. He was so much going easy on me. But still it was very fun.
